Refund & Return Policy

At MBC Manya Beautycare, we strive to ensure that every customer of Roop Lite is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return request, please email us at contact@rooplite.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after you provide the necessary details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@rooplite.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned after the return period

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under our return policy.
