1. Order Processing Time

We currently ship across India. If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered to your doorstep. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our team will contact you for an alternative solution or refund.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, the courier may attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rooplite.com with photos and order details. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
